I have walked many paths in my career. I have been guided by many mentors who helped me to navigate the challenges & experiences that I have encountered. I have strived to absorbed the knowledge I was presented with and have diligently worked to apply what I have learned each day in the studio. Most importantly, I hold myself accountable to pay it forward, sharing what I have learned and helping others on their path.
I see my journey as “Our story” which is evolving and growing every day. A story that is flowing through each of us individually and putting us exactly where we’re meant to be at this moment in time.
Your path may be both challenging and rewarding, but you don’t have to walk it alone. Resilience is something we all possess, and we all experience differently. Remembering as you experience life, the good and the unexpected, to see the good in everyone knowing a story is never a story complete without others.

As a partner at Symmetry Salon Studios, Nancy proudly owns and operates Sage & Sunflower Salon, offering unparalleled knowledge and proficiency in the industry.

Nancy's warm smile and relaxed demeanor instantly put you at ease as she works her magic on you and your hair, winning you over with her charm and expertise. Her journey in the beauty industry is diverse and impressive— from her pivotal roles as Senior Leasing Director at Symmetry and MODA Salon Studios to her leadership as Site Director at Symmetry Salon Studios Rockville.
Beyond her in-studio and managerial responsibilities, Nancy's talent shines as a special occasion hair stylist, with a portfolio spanning weddings, photo shoots, media appearances, Bat Mitzvahs, and even the White House Correspondents Dinner. Nancy's expertise ensures that from everyday elegance to milestone moments, she transforms your vision into reality with her unique flair and skill. She has also had the privilege of styling celebrity hair both in and out of the studio, including for auditions at NBC 4 for The Voice, Kennedy Center Honors, NY Fashion Week, DC Swim Week, Builders Design Fashion Show - Cosmo Couture at the Howard Theater, store openings in Georgetown, local news appearances, and charity events.
